If you were watching Create and Craft today you may have heard Kay mention that I am now officially an IndigoBluBelle. How proud am I ?
At last I can tell you my news, it seems like forever since I mentioned a had a secret. I was amazed to be asked by Kay to join the Design Team and be an IndigoBlu Demonstrator but am thoroughly delighted.
I will be demonstrating in Wolverhampton next weekend at the Cadbury Garden and Leisure Centre and would love it if you could pop along and say hi.
Okay, back to yesterday's blog post and my 150th post and to share in my news I would like you to comment on what you have liked seeing here or your favourite project. I will then do a Random pick from all the comments  and give out a blog candy prize.
I can't wait to read them all, so I will away and pick out a prize

Here is a card of mine that was in the display today and also a bauble....

A Hels Sheridan.....

Canvas Masterclass...

Getting all inky painty with Hels and the Crafty Bunch.

We used paints, texture paste, stamped tissues and gilding wax. We sprayed the flowers and sprayed the canvas. Everyone could chose their own colours and design and I don't think there was two the same. It was great to see that no one in the group copied what Hels did, they all did their own artistic interpretation.
I was made very welcome by Sue and her crafty ladies and was sooo glad I was able to accept the offer of a place on this workshop.

Don't you just love a bit off messy crafting

Cards For Christmas....

I really must up my game when it comes to taking photos!!!
These are two really simple christmas cards that I have designed for Crafty Ribbons using their brand new christmas range. The cards are for the Crafty Ribbon display at the various shows they will be attending. I have to say the ribbons are amazing and when I received my pack I was bowled over by the designs and the quality. So now you know where to find your festive ribbons this year.
Why don't you have a look for yourselves here www.craftyribbons.com
I've used double sided sheet adhesive to stick the ribbons in place on to the triangles, so simple!!

Play Day...

I had a lovely day yesterday with the lovely ladies from the Woodware team, down in Oxford. We drank soooo much tea, eat sooo many biscuits and had the most amazing lunch, thank you ladies. It did nothing for the diet but it was an excellent spread. A great day spent with good friends
This is what we made....
The tin is inked with a new ink that is the same as Staz On, then stamped using the same ink. Inside is a little acetate card.

This card was made with a Dreamweaver metal stencil, double sided sheet adhesive and various glitters, flock and sparkly bits. Add a die cut tree, bit of ribbon and a hat pin and there you have a lovely textured card.
Here we stamped the leaves onto card and three different colours of paper then cut out sections of the paper and stuck them onto the card images. the other sections were coloured in with gel pens. We added sections of paper and black card to the card blank and ther you have it. Oh and we heated the bow with a heat gun to wrinkle it up. I like this effect on the ribbon.
The christmas tree was fun to make but very repetitive!!
Dreamweaver paste and Card Candi and a lot of patience. Add some die cut flowers and leaves, a bit of ribbon and a tag et voila!!!
I also made a hanging canvas but I would like to do a little more to it before I show it to you.
I had a fun day, thanks again Woodware

Photos At Last!!.....

Here's what you've been waiting for Chris and Linda, the quality of the photos maybe aren't the best but here they are
Sorry for keeping you waiting Chris and Linda.
Tim is such a nice guy, so very humble when he talks about all his adoring fans and always speaks to you as if your conversation matters to him. He is such a great tutor with a vast knowledge about his products.

We had the great honour of also having a session with the one and only Dyan Reavely. I've been getting very inky ever since.
It was lovely to meet up with the friendly face of Lindsey Mason, haven't seen her for ages.
So there you go, another fabulous visit to see his holiness the Lord God of Craft.
